Well, the work was done exactly as the representative said it would be. I have had contact with several persons from the company during and after this process. I have found them all to be dedicated to providing excellent services and forging relationships with customers. I am in the process of having the company do additional work on my home, gutters, and a roof on my sons home.
That the Wind Warranty would not be in effect if the cement was not applied to the rake edge of the roof. I hired a certified inspector to inspect the shingle and ridge vent installation. These are the major issues noted in the report. Minor issues such as clean up of attic space is necessary as the contractor removed some of the ridge blocks and left them on the floor and some are partially hanging from the trusses. Some blocks were not removed so there is no venting in these areas.
